For your MenoPause & Relax weekend, accommodation and meals will be charged, which you will pay directly to the hotel (Montalma Monchique). The hotel price includes brunch & dinner, water, and tea.

By submitting this form, you are making your registration for the selected yoga weekend. The total price for a 3-day yoga weekend consists of two elements:

1. Course fee: € 200 ( € 180 per person until 31st January)

2. Accommodation & meals (prices depend on room category)

Accommodation/ Food is only a preliminary information and must be paid directly to the hotel.

After submitting the form, you will receive an email with all the important information for paying the hotel and payment details for the course.

Terms & Conditions MenoPAUSE & RELAX Weekend:

The total price includes: two nights at Montalma, food incl. tea, water and fruits + all activities

The price does not include: transport costs, personal expenses, insurances, massages (can be booked additionally)

Cancellation fees:
Up to 21 days before the retreat: 25% *** Up to 14 days before the retreat: 50% *** Up to 7 days before the retreat: 80% *** from 6 days before the retreat until the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 90%

Transferring your booking to another participant is possible.
